UK Orders are dispatched using 1st Class Royal Mail Collections, FREE postage over £50.00.  Orders £49.99 and under are charged at just £2.95 towards the cost of postage, packaging and payment processing fees.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Overseas Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail International TRACKED Airmail Services for safe delivery at a LOW FLAT RATE per order.

All International Mail is sent using TRACKED Airmail Services to ensure safe delivery of your order, and peace of mind during transit. 

TRACKED Postage and Packing WORLDWIDE is a flat rate charge regardless of the amount of items selected, with full tracking details provided upon dispatch. Just £12.95 Europe/£14.95 All other Worldwide destinations.

We DO NOT use standard airmail to eliminate risk. Tracked service ensures scanned progress and is the safest method of worldwide delivery.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES
Products delivered to destinations outside the UK may be subject to taxes, fees, or customs duty. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Any Customs Duty charges are to be paid by the recipient.

Customs Duty charges are NOT extra shipping charges, they are charges made by each country for incoming goods. An 'import' duty. The threshold for duty on international packages varies, as does the charge rate.

Packages may be processed by Customs without any charge at all, however this can be random and variable and depends on the threshold set by each country.

Customers are advised to check their own countries duty charges and thresholds, as any CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT.

DISPATCH SCHEDULE

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently experiencing extremely high order volumes, and working tirelessly to dispatch as quickly as possible. Please allow a little extra time for preparation, orders are being dispatched in the order they are received.

Under normal circumstances orders are dispatched directly from stock within 48 hours. In some instances items may be due on stock replenishment delivery, in this case your order will be sent within 3-5 days. 

If there is a delay which will result in dispatch after 10 days, we will contact you to advise. Should your order contain multiple items, we reserve to right to dispatch in separate packages, to avoid a delay with the entire order.

If an item is intended as a gift or is required by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to check on availability / stock delivery schedules.
